Cubone for Brawl! (we need one of those sig images like my Isaac one.) He's just so ridiculously cute and awesome. Nothing beats Cubone. ^_^

I fully support Cubone for Brawl! One of the only new pokemon I'd be happy with. He was adorable as well as badass. Not Marowak though, because then he loses his cute edge. Cubone definitely deserves a spot over Lucario and any other Pokemon that wants in. CUBONE FOR BRAWL!

Cubone is one of my favorite Pokemon, but I don't think he should have a spot for a playable character. That's why they invented the Pokeball item. Opinion wise, I think all Pokemon characters should come out of Pokeballs and not be playable, but that's just me.

I don't think Cubone is that popular of a Pokemon to be playable. Pikachu, Pichu, Jigglypuff, and Mewtwo were the most popular Pokemon, so that is mostly the reason they got to be playable in Melee. But I would love to see Cubone as a Pokeball Pokemon. If he is a playable character, then I will be very, very, very suprised. That, and I'll eat my gym shorts.

Oh how wrong you are. Cubone is unique and amazing. He can bring such a great moveset to this game and playing style. Cubone for Brawl!

I don't get your reasoning GigaKoopa. Pichu was a lame, clone character that all he did was hurt himself with electric attacks. He had no originality and even looked like Pikachu being his lower evolution. Cubone is a short stocky dinosaur with a skull over his head. He can bring a unique playstyle being a mid-weight--> heavy pokemon who uses a weapon (his bone). I know he has like no chances but he'd be a good addition and a great fighter.

Pichu is a clone, Cubone wouldn't be a clone. I could see him working like Link, though. He'd have a few short range attacks, and he'd have a projectile as well. (what was it is, the bonemarang? XD It's been a while since I played the games and everything but I remember him throwing it.)

The only reason Sakurai added Pokemon trainer was because he wanted to include Ivysaur, Charizard, and Squirtle all in one slot, rather then them taking up three slots, other than that I wouldn't see a reason for him to be in Brawl at all

It really bothers me that Cubone hasn't even been shown in a Pokeball.

Though, I was watching the intro of Melee on Youtube last night, and... when it shows all of the Pokemon Cubone is one of them! I had never noticed that. That is so awesome! Sakurai acknowledged Cubone's existence! ^_^

Very cool movelist, except maybe for the Bonerush he charges with his head down, bashing them with his skull? Cubone, he would be cool to see as a Pokeball just for his recognition, but I think he's deserving of a character slot. Cubone for Brawl!

Many of my favorites will doubtless be forgotten, like Quagsire, Octillery, Shiftry, Seedot, Nosepass, Dunsparce, Torkoal, or Spheal.

I should have specified... It's my opinion.

I don't recall ever using him in the games, but I believe that's aside from the point. I think he could have been fun to play as in Brawl.

Well Cubone is not the best pokemon ever lol, if it wasnt for Marowaks bone item, it wouldnt even be worth looking at.

And so, The bone item defines cubone/marowak and FYI with that and sword dance Marowak achieves the greatest attack in the game. Period.

But besides that Cubone is just cool. I think pokemon did him a big disservice (they boosted up less worth pokes in places of the emo bone monster). At least Cubone makes the background for Poke stadium.
