Here is a solution to your problems:

step 1) curl your fingers up into your palm, placing your thumb underneath them (on the outside)

step 2) bend your arm to a 90 degree angle at the elbow.

step 3) left your arm at the shoulder to a 90 degree angle between your arm and torso

step 4) pull back your arm using your shoulder

step 5) release kenetic energy in a forward motion at the shoulder, in the form of a punch to the face.

step 6) repeat steps 1-5 as needed.

In all seriousness, I feel bad for you. Your parental units are unnecessarily strict, and you should force them into submission to your will.
