Critque please!

I suck and need to know what to work on please. I AM THE BLACK SAMUS in these, the other Samus is Mushroomring. Also, bare with the quality of the games. We used a krusty camera and it turned out pretty bad but the quality is tolerable I hope. Also, these are on google.. EWWW! Enjoy and critque well, dont hold back (seriously, tell me I suck, it helps me).

THEY ARE ALL SAMUS DITTOS. Honestly, I wouldnt watch all of them because Samus dittos are the gheyest matchups in the nation. But at least a little bit of help would suffice.

EDIT: If the vids dont load up for you then it wont work. It works on some and doesnt on others for some reason. It's stupid. So if it doesnt load for you then forget it, but thanks for trying.

Personally, I think you spend too much time in your shield. Everytime he came at you, you just put it up. That lead to getting grabbed etc.. Try just staying out of range, spot dodging, jumping, or, you know, anything but shielding that isn't a dumb idea.

Your edguarding wasn't superb. The only thing you did was shoot missiles until he got close then waited for the up tilt. He got back a couple times because of sweet spotting which could have been better guarded against by a simple edgehog. People write out edgehogging more than they should, considering how powerful of a manuever it is. I would also suggest shooting homing missiles at recovering Sami just because of the nature that they take. They seem to home in on their bombs, which causes them to drop like rocks. Give it a try.

You had a lot of good moves, but they were repeated over and over agian. It seems like your play style is to get a bunch of neat combos together, and then just run through the motions of each one and hope they stay in it. Like, there were a few times where you Uaired and then Up and B'ed. This was a nice combo, but sometimes you would miss but still do the screw attack or the U air would knock them a away yet you would continue. Just make sure you aren't doing ALL muscle memory and put a little bit of your head back in the game.

I don't know what was up with some of those suicides, but try not to kill yourself. As it turns out, it's not helpful.

If I had to give you a score out of 10, i would give you a 7.

first match:

0:14 mm.. don't be so focused on wavedashing out of shield - you missed your oppoortunity for a dsmash there

at 0:19 I thought you were going to wavedash to a charged fsmash.

samus dittos aren't my forte, so i'm not sure i can offer much critique, but good job being the dominating force in those matches lol. i like what i see, but you're still letting him hit you a bunch... :/ so...

Yeah, I think that, 'I think' too much whenever I play Smash and it causes some mess ups. And I have no clue why I SD so much lol. The answer I guess is that I suck o.O. But that's okay, I still like Smash :_).

BTW, newer vids are on the first post. Unfortunately they are all Samus dittos, since all Mushroom knows how to play is Samus. It gets lame but I thought I should post them.
