Random notes I took while watching:

don't miss up throw -> up air
nair too early, can't hit shine
don't grab enough
laser camp
edgeguard more, especially vs ganon
tech skill decent but you missed some waveshines, or f-air'd instead of n-air'd
nair shine is way too good
shine -> JC grab owns shields
if your opponent CCs a lot, do later nairs (as in use it later in the jump) to shine, or grab a lot
you recover really predictably, ate a lot of dsmashes and such
you get shield grabbed a lot, space aerials better
shine -> WD -> grab is better than shine -> WD -> shine -> etc usually
you drill a lot, and usually get punished for it

Overall, you play a pretty aggressive Fox and just try and beat the crap out of your opponent really fast. However, this makes it so every mistake you make is a hell of a lot worse. You also messed up a lot of basic combos (upthrow -> upair in particular) and got punished often because of that. Focus on using nairs in combos/shield pressure a lot more, the drill isn't as useful as it used to be. Also stay away from the ledge until you get better at edgeguarding and recovering, you got ***** a lot off the stage. Keep in mind you can just run to the center and camp with lasers. Just focus on timing and spacing more instead of going as fast as you can. Fox is fast but not invincible, if you run in throwing out moves you will be met with a lot of pain. Also try and play/move more smoothly and less predictably. And tech chase every time you get the chance.

Hope that helps.

First match with Ganon: Be very careful where you laser spam. Your aren't Falco, therefore your lasers will not stun. So firing pointblank range is never a good idea with Fox. I'm referring to 0:07 by the way. lol Up throw to uair doesn't work too well on Ganon, so I wouldn't attempt it that much. If the Ganon had a habit of throwing out a dair/uair everytime after a up throw, you can posisbly sneak in a uair after the aerial animation is over. But other then that, this combo is limited against Ganon.

Starting from 0:13 you doubled jumped at the exact same time while recovering, three times in a row. The third time Ganon punished you for your predictability. Remember to get a little creative. You can use your shine to stall for a few seconds, or simply activate your double jump a little later. Just remember to switch it up is all. You also attempted a ledge hop dair twice, in the exact same order as the first time i.e. as soon as your grabbed the edge. Don't be afraid to ledge stall a few times before your next move. Anything to keep your opponent guessing.

Ganon is simply out prioritizing you on your third stock. Its possible you aren't watching your opponent enough. I'm only saying this because it looks like you are running into some of Ganon's attacks, like his dair. Fox's nair, as a whole, should be forcing Ganon on the defensive. Use your dance dance/wavedash back and watch Ganon in order to create an opening. When you see that opening, you can then proceed to apply some nair/dair shine/waveshine pressure. Once Ganon is locked in his shield, you have him on the ropes, because Ganon doesn't have many options that are fast enough to counter Fox while he hides in his shield. Another tip for you. After you lose a stock you return to the field with invulnerable frames. It may only be for a few seconds, but Fox is fast enough to use those frames to his advantage. Don't waste that precious amount of invincibility by just standing there and watch your opponent on the other side of the field.

Nice comeback though. It looks like you began slowing down towards the end of the match. Now you just have to maintain that mindset the whole time, and treat every stock like your last. :D
