One thing that I am disappointed that we didn't get were alternate costumes for more than just Wario. Since animations and movesets will roughly be the same they won't be needed, this should be an easy and useful form of vertex editing and polygon removing.

Here are some important points about the project:

-The alternate costume should represent something from the series or should otherwise be completely oddball, and should have model edits to distinguish it from being just another texture.

-The alternate costume is limited to that costume only, avoiding animation or moveset hacks that will effect the other costumes.

Oh man, I would love this. We seem to be moving this way with model hacking, but I don't think that this will come to fruition until we can import our own models. You would have to export the model you're replacing's bones, and then attach them to another model. This is the only way to do it perfectly.

Great project, I'll be following this thread closely
If I may make a suggestion, for Samus' alternate costume, could it be Super Metroid's style? The 64 version had a SM likeness and I'd like to see that again for Samus' alternate...just a thought

Post a link and I'll host it in the OP. You can post moveset PACs as long as they don't effect all costumes.

BigSharkZ has finished Fusion Samus actually. He's working on Fusion ZSS. Should I post a link in the OP?
