Juri Han is a human enhanced by a cybernetic eye, allowing her to be superhumanly fast and agile, not to mention a deadly fighter.

Samus Aran is a human enhanced with alien genes, also granting her lots of agility, speed, flexibility and strength, iirc. She also has Jet Boots and a Plasma Gun...

If Samus had her suit, the answer would've been obvious, but without it, I think it might be a close battle...but I think Samus can outsmart Juri.

Under normal circumstances, Juri might be able to do take him out because his faulty power core would keep him from being able to space her out before he tired out.

If he got a fixed power core, I think he could take her out by keeping his distance and charge shooting his Proto Buster.

I honestly think even the likes of Bison and Akuma would have trouble with Reapermon.

Granted, Reapermon hasn't been used in really....any media outside Digimon Rumble Arena as the final boss (and unlockable character), but considering he supposedly carries the data of the Diaboromon from the Adventure 01/02 movies, who took Omnimon to defeat, I would assume it would take someone like Oni to even get close to beating him in a canon fight.

If he can't, then Juri just needs the right moment to use that.

It could just be because I've seen next to nothing of the show but I think as powerful as Star is she doesn't seem to know the full extent of her powers.

Truth be told though she could still probably blink Blues from existance.
