If you have, you might recall that if Avada Kedavra hits you, it means instant death.

And more importantly, only ONE soul was lucky enough to have survived it, and said survivor was a baby. Said baby had a protection spell on him cast by his mother. I seriously doubt Godzilla has any of the kind.

Giants and dragons are naturally more resistant to spells within the Potterverse.

And Godzilla in general is undoubtedly more powerful than any creature known in the Potterverse.

We're talking the same creature who, in one continuity, after being literally picked apart and devoured by a swarm of hellbats, through sheer willpower alone REFORMED using the hellbats to form a hivemind and cluster together in the shape of his body over his skeleton to keep on fighting through the pits of Hell. With each bat being able to fire his Atomic Breath.
