Of the two of us, I'm the only one who's a brony, so I'd say I know a lot more about Rainbow Dash and the Sonic Rainboom than you do, pal. The Sonic Rainboom to this day hasn't even been proven to have any qualities that can deal damage. It's just hard to create and beautiful to look at.

And about this race: Rainbow Dash would give incineroar a fighting chance by not using her wings, so it depends on Incineroar's speed.

As such, I do not believe Rainbow Dash has the upper hand.

Incineroar is outclassed in Speed by it's own pre-evolutions.
It isn't all that fast.
