I really need some help with a corrupted replay I have. Everytime I scroll over it my Wii freezes and I'm forced to hard reset the system. I was using a CSS with alloys and replaced the red alloy with the still-under-construction Waluigi. I saved the replay on my wii and now cant delete it because if I even SCROLL over it my wii freezes D: Any help is appreciated :(

Are you using a custom stage selection screen code? If so, that's the problem. Your replays aren't corrupted at all. You'd know, because the picture of the replay would be replaced with a green picture with a tear in the center.

I'm assuming you're playing with hacks on and that if you play without applying any codes, the replay will play fine.

This is why I've never bothered with the custom SSS hack. Causes more problems than I'd like.

I have the exact same problem, and its not a SSS problem, it's the replay. It freezes with and without codes, and every other replay works fine. I'm pretty sure it's because the game can't load an Alloy icon. All you can do is either navigate around it or just delete all your replay data.

^I'm not so sure about the game being unable to load alloy icons. It let's you take replays of multi-man brawl after all.

But I don't use alloy PSA characters so I wouldn't know everything. If the replay is freezing without codes, try going to the stage you played it on and see what happens without codes.

As for the custom SSS code, Phantom Wings fixed it so that everything works fine, including replays. If you have WWR on your custom SSS though, don't click it on the My Music menu. D:

If you saved it on your Wii's memory, you're screwed until someone can make a code to redirect it so that it thinks it's another character. You'll have to delete the vault data to remove the buggered up replay.

If you saved it on an SD card, you could just delete it on your computer.
