I can only think of 2 other lords that aren't like the others and they're Hector and Lyn. Hector, like Ike, is your rough and tumble sort of guy rather than the usually polite, tactful lord you'd get from Chrom, Eliwood and Marth. Lyn kind of plays the long-lost princess raised outside of nobility. That being said, only Ike is a different lord who isn't nobility or a major one and who doesn't really have a connection to anything otherworldly or grand at the beginning. He was just some mercenary leader compared to the Blazing Sword trio who were descendants of legendary heroes, Chrom, Lucina, and Marth who were connected to Naga, or Corrin and Robin who are incarnations or offspring of dragons. I didn't finish Sacred Stones, but weren't Eirika and Ephraim part of a prophecy or something?

Hmm... I just realized something. None of the lords / ladies so far have ever been Pegasus Knights or Wyvern Riders. They've been pretty much everything else, infantry, horsemen, archers, and mages, but never flying units. FE 16, bear rider lord / lady please.

Edit: Micaiah was also connected to something, right? Or was she really a nobody who seemed like a somebody?

Eirika and Ephraim weren't really connected to anything. They were just the prince and princess of Renais. Micaiah also wasn't connected to anything but she was a Branded. If i remember correctly, a Branded is someone who's half-Beroc (human) and half-Laguz. They can't transform like the Laguz but their features are apparent in their hair color, eye color, being a bit taller than average, ageing slowly, and most importantly, their brand (which they hide. Micaiah's brand is at the back of her hand). And a lot of people in Tellius (except for Ike and his companions) are extremely racist against the Branded (although they may have forgotten that at the end of Radiant Dawn because Micaiah became queen of Daein). As for Ike, i feel he would be more unique if he didn't have blue hair. I know its tradition but he was a mercenary so he didn't need blue hair.

Nah, but they were a prince and a princess, and all of the royals in that game were descended from one of the 5 heroes who defeated the demon king.

Isn't actually neccesary to be a direct 50/50 blood. The only thing the "branded" needs is the Laguz Blood, (Micaiah and Stefan are proof of this with their very old heritage... And yeah, some explanations involve spoilers xD)

Back to Micaiah real quick, she became Yune's vessel but only because she released her from the Fire Emblem. Also, it seems that its only when your royalty when wacky hair colors come into play. I don't know how genetics work in Fire Emblem. I mean, in Awakening, Chrom and Lucina+her sibilings have blue hair but Lissa and Emm have blonde. Plus blue hair doesn't seem to be that common in terms of the continent yet Marth and Sheeda's blue hair gene somehow survived 2000 years.

Is that how being a Branded works? I haven't played any of the Tellius games. Also, you brought up Celica. The fact that Gaiden got TWO music tracks this time made me legit think that Celica would be added. I think Celica's the only pink haired Lord in the series. Also, Gaiden's a great game. Oh and about Hector, he is hot-headed but he is not sadistic. Far from it.

The way this is written is very vague compared to what I actually said lol so many people are confused about things. BOTH THE CHARACTERS ARE GOOD! THEY HAVE NEAT STUFF!! I didn't have an infinite amount of time on everything but enough to get an IDEA of them. For the Corrin dair I corrected that in another comment(said that it connects more at lower %, which is good = more % so I guess similar to yoshi's dair in the air probably) For the no combo part that was just for grab follow ups, not the entire character, he/she had some combos lol.
