Competitive Thread

I'm making this to get people to shut up about the lack of competitive talk in the Poke Center. There was the thread by articanus and Terywj constantly makes remarks about the lack of competitive talk (:<) so, here's a thread for everybody to talk about recent events on the Pokemon competitive scene.

Anything from 'how should I EV train this Pokemon' to 'ZOMG NEW GIANT TOURNEY!111' should go in this thread.

I played on shoddy a lot over the summer, I'll probably download it on to my new laptop soon. I would be up for a tournament ...not wifi though, I don't have anything! lol

One thing that is essential to using Jigglypuff, STAY IN THE AIR! Jiggly excels most at her air game. Her bairs and fairs come out real quick and have adequate power. Also, her nair, like most nairs, turn her into a moving hitbox. Pound has decent knockback and has a deceptively long hitbox. These are good ways to rack up damage along with grabs. Make sure you attempt to "Wall of Pain", or preventing the opponent from coming back on the stage by following them off the stage and attacking as a form of edgegurading, constantly. Jiggs gets most of her KOs this way. Other options of KOing with jiggs include but are not limited to dair to rest, footstool jab cancel to dair-rest, rollout, dash attack, dash attack canceled up-smash, and a sweet spotted fair...

Garchomp is banned . Odd thing is, M3D told us this instead of the Poke Center regulars. :/ . Is there any particular reason why we don't have a BL metagame? Also, I'm wondering what happened to MU and NU.

NU fused with UU to make a more diverse metagame. The same deal with BL and OU, though it isn't official. Every now and then, we'll have some BL Pokemon in our OU teams. Every now and then, we'll have some NU Pokemon in our UU teams. That's how I think of it. I'm not sure what MU is.

We don't need a thread. Out "competitevness" shouldn't be contained to just here.
If non-competitive players can have multiple threads, why can't we?

By the way, hoping this either dies or gets closed.
