Lack of interest and my absence/lack of knowledge killed Yanmega.

I propose we just start a new round right now.
Probably should have a new thread.

Scarf Infernape
Mixed Infernape
Belly Drum Linoone
SubSalac Anger Point Tauros
Rest Talk Bulk Up Heracross
Physical Life Orb Honchkrow
Physical Azelf
Babiri Tyranitar
Charge Beam Jolteon
Metal Sound Zapdos

Honchkrow is pretty ****ing cool, so put it on the list as per my request. The standard Physical Attacker set works, considering it's the most viable.

SubSalac Tauros would get my support if it weren't for the fact that we're going to **** up horribly in building a team around it.

I also support Heracross immensely. ANY Heracross.

I second Honchkrow, and I probably missed it, but why are there two Infernapes?

He's only posting specific proposed sets as opposed to just the Pokemon.

I'm pretty sure we learned from the Yanmega CCAT that knowing what the **** the Pokemon's set is helps a lot with building a proper team. Knowing the other members' sets really helps as well, I'd assume.

Also, I'm indifferent to Nape. Scarf set tickles my fancy more than mixed though. <3 ScarfApe.

Let's NOT use an obscure BL/UU/NU Pokemon that will make Yanmega team 2 happen.

I support MixApe because that's probably the smartest choice on the list.

Let's not do Scarfape because it's hard to build a team around a revenge killer.

Also Anger Point Tauros QQs at sandstorm.

Mixed Infernape
Rest Talk Bulk Up Heracross
Physical Life Orb Honchkrow

I fully support these three, although I would prefer using Infernape or Heracross.

I actually just thought of something:

Physical Sweeper Azelf.

Just thought of it?

Don't you mean you read my RMT and saw that azelf has 2 good attacking stats? =D

No, I meant like a SD Azelf or a SubDickPunch Azelf.

I don't steal other people's ideas.

Also, Babiri Tyranitar would be great, that's another thing I just thought of completely on my own with no outside influence whatsoever.

with tauros, you only need to add heatran or magnezone to get rid of the steel types
tauros already keeps salamence in check

Ok why the hell would anyone switch in Mence into Tauros when it has Stone Edge? Also, Tauros can only check Mence if it's non-DD, as +0 Outrage OHKOes with SR support. The only reason they would switch Mence in is if they know that you don't have a Sub, as Stone Edge only does 50% max with Leftovers after an Intimidate.

Besides, we're talking about Anger Point Tauros, so using LO is suicide.

i'm saying it keeps im in check, not straight up counters

he said it only keeps physical variants in check, when in reality, it keeps all variants in check

mood4food, statistically, Tauros is deadweight on 50% of your matches when you don't get a crit. A third of all teams have Scizor, which ***** you. A fourth of all teams have Tyranitar, which, again, ***** you.

Yeah, Tauros is a cool pokemon but needs more stuff. Just being pure normal doesn't really do a lot for it either. They could give it an evo and make it steel, but I'd hate for them to ruin a cool looking pokemon.

I support rest-talk bulk up Heracross, Ape of any kind, and charge beam Jolteon.

I had a set posted here but I want to keep it out of smashCCAT since I already have a few ideas for it, lol.

I support Heracross, but not rest-talk variant, since I hate rest talk :3 If not Heracross, I'd like to do MixApe or "ClericDancer" set for Dragonite for awesomely effective lulz. For those that don't know, that's

252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe

~ Dragon Dance
~ Heal Bell
~ Roost
~ Dragon Claw

Edit: or any kind of support set on Dragonite. I like support sets.

Problem with dragonite as a sweeper is that it's easily checked. Adamant DDNite can even still be outsped by base 130s no scarf. D:
Any scarfer at 110 or higher will also still outspeed him after 2 assuming they have a +spe nature too unless dragonite is also +Spe. :(

Hey, I just scanned the thread at the end and added all the Pokémon I saw.

We should just have an in-thread vote to determine who will be the center, because I really don't want to clog up everything with more polls.

I really don't see why we need to center the team on one pokemon anyway. A combination of pokemon is a much better thing to make a team around.
