It doesn't look like you're very comfortable with Marth. You should learn his range better, know how far he can go offstage/what he can do and still make it back alive.

Roll less, don't usmash and don't fsmash so much. You should also JC your grabs.

I use U-Smash for kicks and also like to use Green Marth.

<_< I saw your "Vs. Fox" one. You really need to just...Learn the right moves at the right time.

Go play a COM Fox Lv1 and set it to 99 stocks with no time limit. Get comfortable with Marth. He's easy and lovable.

I'll comment on the Spife match, since Ricky (no offense) seems to suck quite a lot. I watch the first stock of the third match and stopped. Painful.

You shouldn't use the shdf so much. Sure, it's cool and useful, but if you do it when they're not stunned, you can get punished for it. Shffl a fair to start, then when they're in the air, hit them with a shdf.

Hm. Space yourself out better, JC your grabs and don't shdf unless you're sure you can connect with the first one. That's about it.

your tech skill seems fine as does your general skill level, but you do seem a bit ,um unfamiliar with just the character itself. Just play marth mroe and your edge gaurding will get better/more consistant

Thought i would get a nosebleed watching that....ugh. I don't know if you guys were trying to bait each other or show off, but someone needed to grow a pair and approach. Playing defensive is all well and good but when you aren't doing ANYthing for an entire minute that's taking it too far.

when sheik is offstage like she was at around 0:16ish you can bair/neutral b her to add damage and rob some of her recovery options (at higher %s this will also kill her pretty well; you probably could have killed him if you'd hit him after he double jumped with a tipped bair but it's sort of risky so w/e). also, for future reference, when sheik is being edgeguarded, if she's not going deep, she's probably going to do that ledge up+b trick where they recover right onto the corner of the stage and reduce some of her lag and when you ledgehop you'll probably pass her.

what i've seen DJ Combo do in some matches against Eggz when they lightshield on the platform is shffl a fair or uair and then u-tilt because the tipped aerial knocks them off and then their tumble animation makes them fall right into the u-tilt and you can combo. this is countered by them rolling or platform dropping when they see you jump, but it's something to think about.

tell ricky he's a ****** for recovering the way he does. he gets tippered twice for it and f-tilted for another (although the f-tilt one was an awkward spot for him, so it's not as bad).

become more consistent with your crouch canceling. you have the right idea for the most part, the way you beat sheik with marth is mostly by punishing stupid tilts and jabs with cced grabs and you get some of them but you also miss a bunch of them. but that's just technical consistency for the most part so whatever.
