My name is Will, i'll be all over NY sightseeing, hanging out, and doing whatever...
for those that don't know me, im from FL and I main pink Falcon/Doc in melee,
and GW/Snake/Random in Brawl. i'm currently 2nd in our PR's.

I will be there november 12th-16th. I wanna hit up smashfest and at least one tourney, anyone know of tourney's that will be going on that weekend??

Hello xYz. For info about tourys and such, there is two (one of them is in NJ) tourys that you should know about. One of them is Alukard's bi-weekly (that's the one in NJ). While it is in NJ, it's like the closest Melee toury there is for now. Unfortunatly, it's a Biweekly and after a quick check on the calender, the week you come in won't be the same week they'll have it. What I COULD tell you is that it's best that you try to look for some Melee smashers in the are and see if you can hang out/have a smashfest with them.

The toury is Alex's Brawl Monthly toury. Follow that link that Peirce gave out. If things go pretty well, there maybe another brawl toury and it could be the same week that you come in (considering that alex is gonna do his best to not let the brawl toury conflict with Alu's toury).

But yeah, the best you can do is ask around. Check both the 'NYC Monthly' and 'NO JOHNS Bi-weekly' threads whenever you do come in NY so as to help plan days to play some Brawl/Melee.

so yah, I just got my tickets and hotel, i'll be staying at the widgets hotel in manhattan. I'll have a wii w/ brawl/melee. I'm decent in both games and I am currently 2nd in the FL power rankings for those that don't know me. Hope to play some fun intense friendlies with all of NY/NJ. Peace!
