yeah no kdding, but Ft. Collins is up there with you guys, we are the colorado springs area.

yeah no kidding, now all we need is the poplulation that Cali has, that would make life easier

Yo, this is DancingFighterG. All man, CCCT is shaping up to be bigger than ever this year. Just a reminder that pre-registeration will end on the 14th. So if you haven't signed up do so now. If you are coming for casual play just come the day either friday or saturday and pay $10. That simple!!

Would anyone from be interested in joining a Super Smash Brothers Brawl group where everyone meets up weekly/monthly to fight in Brawl non-stop and improve to, hopefully, become a bunch of tournament-level players? It hasn't actually been made yet, but I've been looking into various areas that might have rooms and TVs for rent that everyone could gather at. Or if someone has a house large enough to accommodate such a group. I just know mine is waaaaaaaaay too small for something like that.

oh thats not too bad. yeah i agree with you, but due to my job, saturdays are booked, if we wanted to look at another day than let me know, and i can try to arrange something, i got a nice sized house, and a wonderful entertainment center so i would more than happily do this

I can personally make it any day of the week but Tuesday, and early Monday. Admittedly, I don't have a job (had one, but the manager hired too many people and didn't seem to notice how much I was working my *** off, so I was let go. And then I find that there are a bunch of new employees who can't do simple math; unbelievable.), so I'm free whenever. Looking into perhaps going to college, and working on writing a book, so that'll be my income later in life. :p

Anyway, just say when you're free. If Saturdays are out, probably best to go with Sunday or, at worst, Friday, just so other people can join if they ever see this.

yeah, i think i can do that, ill let you know, but like i said ill have to arrange this with family and stuff. Sundays are perfect, just after 12 cause of church.

well i hope some others notice this, it would be sad if just two guys are playing when i know tons of peps that need to get over and play.

well good luck with that, two years and then im out the house so like i said good luck

Yeah, after 12 is fine. Just put up the details (aside from address, of course) when you've discussed it with your family. I have a brother that will likely want to come as well, though he isn't quite as intent on improving.

alright that sounds good, give me a week or so and i should have all this figured out. thats fine, i have a little bro too that is quite content on getting better, but all i ask is that he can behave(not sure of age, so no offence), other then i have no problem at all.

oh and just to let you know, melee is also a still very played game in the house and me and my bro might need a break from brawl every once in a while. also if all goes well then i will need you and brother to bring controlers, no one likes my wave birds

Alright, got it. My brother's 13, but he has a bit of an anger problem. :\ I'll have to bring a dog kennel just in case he gets out of hand. :p

And yeah, I use Wii Remote and Nunchuk and my brother uses a third-party Gamecube controller that we have. I might have to convince him to go with Classic, since I doubt tournaments will allow those third-party controllers.

Why aren't wavebirds allowed...?

Anyways, sryy but I haven't been to this thread since I always hang out at our other one =/
I'll add you guys tomorrow, if you have AIM/MSN/other messenger it'd be way better so we can communicate easier.

They aren't in MLGs, is what I mean. I dun think CO cares. They aren't allowed because of limited frequencies/the fact that someone else can play for you while you pretend to play. Might end up being a problem with wiimote/nunchuck, but I seriously doubt it.

Yo, this is DancingFighterG. What up Smashers. CCCT for Smash is going to be HUGE. With about 70+ smashers signed up and probably another 10+ coming at the door you know one wants to miss this event. This will be biggest Smash Brawl tournament to date. LETS GET CUTTHROAT!!!

www.coloradocutthroat.com/CCCT.php

Tony, we haven't had any problems with it so far. As long as people turn off there wavebirds they should be fine. We have had this problem with HALO but until it happens with Smash I see no reason to not allow wavebirds. Wavebirds are allowed. I will make this clear at the tournament and will let people know that if they do not turn off there wavebirds they will be disqualified.

I'd do it if I wasn't confused as hell by the site layout. Can't tell if it's a Brawl tournament or an EVERYTHING tournament.

I'm going to check out the library and see if they would be able to host it at all. Hopefully I can get it weekly, but that may be too often for them.

Anyone have a preference on what day of the week it should be? Shameus told me he has work on Saturdays, so it'd be best to avoid that if at all possible.

Thought I had found a group of Brawl players I could hang out with, but after 5-stocking their best player, it seems I have to start looking again.

Is there anyone who would be interested in joining a Brawl group if I can get one started up? Once again going to look into the library as the place to hold it, but may just have to do it at my house.

Why were you playing with 5 stock? D:

Try training some of them. I'm sure at least one of them has some potential.

Also, are you guys coming to NM or AZonetwo?
