Clans Anyone?

Methinks we should organize a new forum section, or maybe just a sticky to clans. I don't see why we can't start organizing now that Online is confirmed.

you know, i wonder if this isn't part of the reason Nintendo shut down their forums. they don't want to support strangers sharing friend codes, and with this news, it'd be pretty impossible to prevent.

We shouldn't make a whole forum devoted to it, however a thread might be good. The problem is that so many people will be trying to start their own clan, that no other clan will get full with members. It's always best to just invite the people that are friends, or people that gained your interest, instead of opening a clan publicly.

Perhaps only Smash Lords should be allowed to make a clan.

Dawn Patrol has been waiting for this day for months now. We have our purpose, and soon we will have our enemies...

Also, the idea for a crew room? That's one Uchiha, Got Blood? and I pushed for a while back.
Maybe ya'll shpuld bring it up, now that it has more reason.

Crews already exist in smash, the need to call them clans and consider them 'only online' seems a bit pointless, since I'm sure plenty of crews will be taking their crew battles to the wifis.

^ Same goes with me here, and I agree 100%. I want to face all you over at DP, all my fellow OoS members, and everyone on the SWF. Dang, I might as well live in a couch when Brawl is released. NO SLEEP, ALL BRAWL FTW! [okay, maybe not THAT extreme].

Well, I'm out. As for clan rankings, expect #1 and #2 to be OoS and DP. Definitely. Just as long as we don't face Ken's crew or someting...that'd be all bad.

I think we do need a section of the site for the clans. Internet clans will now be possible and they do need a place to talk to each other along with other crews. So yeah, agreed.
