Cheating the lottery

I was quite impressed with this guy's thinking, and I think I need to share his idea with you all.

You see, my goal is to have every single possible combination for the last two digits, thereby giving me a 100% chance to win a PP up or better each day.

The idea is based off the lottery system at the TV station in Oreburgh City. Wether you think it's worth the time or effort is up to you. I personally think it's a waste of time especially when I can hack PPs from my old game, but some of you dont have that luxury. PP ups are pretty handy when applied to the right moves so being guaranteed one a day could help a little.

And getting second place prize, a EXP Share, is now 1 in 900 instead of 1000.
