Back in 1.0.8, Charizard got a buff to his Down Tilt, giving it a suction effect so it could hit better. Charizards Dtilt has always had amazing Tech chase potential through all the patches, but now that it's a consistently hitting move, these tech chase opportunities should be a *Major* part of your Charizard game. Edit: Btw, from 10% I recommend doing Bthrow > Fair instead of Dthrow > Fair. It should still be guaranteed at that % and the combo does a good 4% more.

Remember that Charizard can dash then crouch then attack afterwards.

So after a dtilt, dash>crouch>insert move here... like another dtilt for example.

Pretty sure that's just Charizard's skid animation. You don't have to crouch to get that to happen (though doing so does help with the timing of other inputs). Just don't try it during the initial dash.

It definitely is Zard's skid animation. He has one of the faster ones so you can act out of it fairly quickly with any action.

i like to crouch though, it still helps!

if you dtilt them and they dont tech thats pretty much a free flare blitz assuming your within the range for one so pretty much in the low to mid percents even if they do tech it its still free flare blitz if they tech towards you like a fool.
