Going to have to agree. Best contribute to the thread in a polite and respectable manner while you can!I think this thread is just another time bomb waiting to explode.
Anyways, here's a short list from me:
Ghirahim: I love Ghirahim, he has a great personality for a Zelda villain. But he's a one-off villain that will most likely never appear in a main Zelda game again.
Midna: Similar to Ghirahim, a great one-shot character that will be never heard from again.
Cranky Kong: I love me some Cranky (more in the original trilogy then in tropical Freeze though), but man, Cranky getting in before K. Rool (or even Dixie!) would really drop my morale to dangerous levels
Lyndis (FE): By far my favorite fire Emblem Lord (tied with Hector though), but her inclusion would seem extremely forced to me.
Captain Syrup: A great villain for Wario, who's greed even rivals that of Wario. Still, she's just isn't notable anymore. She's was only a villain for 2 games, and her "revival" in Wario Land: Shake it! just made her an NPC. A shame too, if she has gotten into more games with Wario she would definitely be a contender, but as things stand now she doesn't qualify.
Daisy: My go-to character in Mario sports games (especially Golf and Tennis) but I think she is completely unnecessary in Smash Bros.
This. With this in mind, here are characters that are in the game that I LOVE, but don't want:Why isn't Rosalina a choice? A character being confirmed doesn't exempt them from my "What the **** are YOU doing here?" list.
Rosalina: Yup, her. She's quickly becoming my favorite character in Mario (especially with me not agreeing with how Nintendo has been handling Wario lately for the past years), who's backstory I loved, but man her getting confirmed still doesn't sit right with me. And trust me, I really do love Rosalina.
Toon Link: Wind Waker is my favorite Zelda of all time. The Link that appears in that game, also, is by far my favorite Link and is the only Link in the entire franchise that I can even somewhat relate too. His expressions and how he reacted throughout the game mirrored my own. With that said, I am 100% against his inclusion completely.
