Characters who wouldn't need a new stage

I was going to post this while people still believed that no new stages were coming, but if there are only 5 stages left, then perhaps we should consider characters who wouldn't require a brand new stage. Hence, I made a list of popular characters that wouldn't need a new stage.

Dixie Kong
Bandana Dee
Skull Kid
Toad
Shadow
Medusa
Tails
Impa
Probably any fire emblem character
Probably any pokemon who's not Gen 7 (Let's face it, they'll probably make an Alola stage when one gets in. This might apply to gens 5 and 3, too.)
Paper Mario
Balloon Fighter
Octoling
Ninten

Any other characters you think should go on this list? Let me know and I'll try to update this list as soon as I cam!
(Quick Note: Geno is off this list because they'd probably want to make a stage based off Super Mario RPG if he got in. Please don't fill this thread with posts asking this single question.)

Porky! We already have New Pork City as a stage, so Porky is all good to go! Maybe Giegue as well (who is perhaps the #3 most wanted Mother character, behind Porky and Ninten), although I'd think they want to give Giegue his own stage.

Boshi doesn't need a stage. Yo'ster Island is way too similar to the other Yoshi stages anyways...

The easy answer is any character from an already represented stage, but honestly, I don't think anyone technically has to have a stage.
