If you're not satisfied with what we have here, then you can always go to the Toon Link boards... If you know their tactics, you can figure out how to overcome them. Also, build experience through actual matches. It's tough right now without the Friend Finder, but I bet you can find a Toon Link to fight on Wifi, or, even better, if you know someone in real life who uses Toon Link and is willing to fight you, you could practice against them.
