Chain grabbing in the ditto

When can you start a chain grab in the ditto? I'm having trouble getting regrabs on DI away at low percentages and wanted to see what was up. What's the earliest percentage you can start your cg and what type of grab should I use?

You can always just tech chase the DI away. Sheik's got a pretty manageable tech roll.

If you ftilt before knockdown % you're going to get less than if you just let them drop and regrab the tech. Also you can tech chase a knockdown from an ftilt.

Is there a game you can point me to where a 0 percent chain grab occurs? I want to watch it for notes

you cant do a chain grab after at 0% you can at like 15% or something
