umm.. why not completely new weapon powerups which are also can be charged?
I don't see why they have to be from previous Megaman games.. both X and classic.

I think, for MegaMan's A attacks, Special Moves and throws, he'll use different attacks from the classic series, just like Kirby did.

But this is Capcom Gamers Day. So multiple announcements will be made.

However I don't expect Megaman in Brawl to be one of them...at least not now.

I had no idea about the announcement of a new game...

Interesting news, although I don't think an original creation would be "head-exploding", unless he was referring to the gameplay in it..? like shooting zombies or something..

If he means head-exploding as in OMGBBQ, then either Street Fighter 4 or Megaman in Brawl.. I can't think of anything else that's as huge by them, and Resident Evil 5 was announced ages ago.. not sure about Marvel vs Capcom 3 though.

I doubt it would be Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Last I heard, Marvel sold its characters rights for fighting games to EA, who made those atrocious Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects game. Less said the better.

Would be a nice surprise though as MVC2 is by far, insanely uber.

The news will probably be sweet, but it won't be about Brawl. Sonic was -just- announced. They wouldn't announce another highly anticipated character so soon after... it'd take some of the wind out of Sonic's sails. I don't expect anything -that- major until after E for All. If Mega Man is in Brawl, I don't expect it announced before December at the earliest.

I'm gonna quote myself from earlier:

On the contrary, Snake was updated on the website two and a half weeks before Sonic. It looks like they might want to reveal all the third party characters near eachother. It's good to have each of the characters known a while before the game comes out for hype. Also, it helps to make up for Brawl's delay. Plus, with all the E for All stuff and such, it's an appropriate time to reveal big announcements.
