@Metalknux: he's not saying that he was first to discover this page. He's saying that he had a crack at 'translating' the page, and for what's its worth, I think he's nailed the second sentence. The "Prepare yourself" in the title fits seamlessly in there, and from there "for a brawl" also fits brilliantly. So while this may not be about Mega Man, I think that saying this is a statement about Brawl is probably correct. I agree with Youko though, the first sentence doesn't quite read right...

I'm not trying to start an argument here, it just seemed a lot like he copied it. "Prepare yourself for a brawl" has also been suggested many times, and you were telling him he had a right to gloat and all this crap. I just wanted to tell you it's been posted many times and he probably copied it. No offence to TheKing.

Capcom is losing fans. They obviously don't care for their PS3-owner fans.

They will make several announcements next week, I was just saying one will probably have something to do with the PS3.

Another one of their announcements might very well be megaman for brawl, but that isn't the announcement that caused them to put up a countdown timer... X_x

Hmmm, no Raiden would use a katana & other weapons.

His attacks wouldn't be as strong as snakes but he would be faster then snake.

I can see how they would have different jumps as well.

Do I think Raiden will be in? It would be awesome, but no.

Well, I'm pretty much finished trying to "crack" the message.. it may be silly to try it, but what I came up with seems sort-of believable, except that the word "bonus" took a long time to think of.. and the "4" is a bit odd to put on an official site, but that's generally what people say: Mega Man 4 Brawl!

I'm not going to predict him in the contest, though.. I'm not convinced he's in, just a bit too carried away right now.
