We may not have one as not every game has one. There have even been mafia mayors such as the pokemon mafia, so it's never a guarantee that there is one, of if there is that they are good.

However if they are town aligned they can be pretty useful to the town.

It's the first thing your brain jumps to.

Holder already outed himself as the a prime mafia target the moment he claimed her.
