Sure, the Dolphin emulator does support cheat codes doesn't it? Just add in the codes from Brawl+ into the Cheat Code list on Dolphin......... Why would you want to play Brawl+ on a Emulator anyway?

This would be a incorrect statement. I believe Dolphin does not have cheat support, because no one has been able to run Brawl+ on Dolphin yet.

Action replay works differently to Gecko OS does. Kinda. I don't think that would work properly on Brawl anyway.

Presumably it's possible although I don't think it has been done. A lot of the work would have to be done slightly differently. For example, instead of using the File Replacement Codes it would be more prudent to replace files in the disk image.

I know I had an Ocarina code to Actionreplay code converter :l.

I know they exist, but their power is questionable (AR might not have all the codetypes Ocarina does, and using workarounds could be some effort). I haven't gone into too much detail exploring it all, really. Unless I find a driver that makes my controller adapter work perfectly, I have no real interest.

I hope one day Brawl+ will be able to be loaded within Dolphin. Hopefully they'll add SD card/channel support or something so you can just load it up via a Homebrew Channel inside the emulator, but right now that's not possible.

Brawl in HD is really beautiful on a good gaming PC. So are Wii games in general really that work on Dolphin.
Especially if you have a bluetooth adapter or bluetooth capability and can sync up your Wii Remote + Nunchuk to your PC. :p I need to get myself a GC adapter though...
