Can someone explain how LHL is done?

I've seen it done in various ways, but the one I need explained is the drop down from ledge and then come back. :/

Ledge Hopped Lazer

There are 2 methods to do Ledge Hop (Double) laser

Method 1: When grabbing on the ledge, DI away the ledge and perform your mid air ujump towards the stage and press B (twice) to fire the lasers before landing

Method 2: Run off the stage and jump back towords the stage and press B (twice) to fire the lasers before landing.

You can also shoot the lasers away from the stage to stop recoveries and/or deal damage.
