Can someone answer a few questions?

I'v been wanting to buy a new console for quite a while, and now I almost have enough money. but it's hard to decide; should I get a 360 or PS3? I am leaning towards the 360 at the moment but I have a few questions to ask about both systems.

Can 360/PS3 let you swap in-game music with music from the hard drive?

What can the 360 do with a windows computer? I heard you can stream media....

On the 360 you can stream netflix movies. does this work with any type of netflix account?

I couldn't find any of there answers anywhere...
