To be fair, people REALLY overexagerated how much of an impact #FreeMelee would have. It basically became another NatDex situation.Over a year since Byleth released...and unfortunately, people still aren’t over it.
In fact, they’ve mostly gotten over the #FreeMelee controversy quicker than Byleth. Just goes to show people will hold petty grudges against FE. :/
Assuming there'll be 84 slots excluding two of the Mii's plus random in the final roster,Once the entire roster of this is complete, I plan to do a post where the students of the three houses do a report on the fighters. I know you'll probably miss Biff's commentary, but I'm sorry; I just loved the diverse cast of Three Houses.
Looks Nice, but why does the face look so accuratly weird?Check out this AMAZING cosplay of Ingrid!

It’s a fan model. Despite being a little weird, it looks pretty great for one!Looks Nice, but why does the face look so accuratly weird?

It was good this year up until a few months ago when they added two awfully broken units within a small amount of time (Legendary Sigurd and Fallen Edelgard), the meta is still struggling since their inclusion and people have quit/sent angry feedback over it. So not a great time to rejoin lol. It's a shame, it had a good thing going this year.Wish I could, but I won’t.
Haven’t played Heroes in like 3 years…
I mean, this year had a bunch of Three Houses content, so of course it was gonna be good.It was good this year up until a few months ago when they added two awfully broken units within a small amount of time (Legendary Sigurd and Fallen Edelgard), the meta is still struggling since their inclusion and people have quit/sent angry feedback over it. Yes this is true, I'd actually love it if they gave Byleth their canon moveset next game based only around the Sword of the Creator, with some brawling attacks and magic for Specials. The rest of the moves using Areadbhar and Amur could potentially be used to build Dimitri and Edelgard. I do think Three Houses warrants at least 3 playable characters.Recruits Byleth in Three Hopes and starts having a blast with him
Hmm... Why do these circumstances feel so... familiar?... Ah, yes, now I remember! It is that odd feeling when a worriors game does a character far more justice than a Smash game! Just like with Ganondorf in Hyrule Warriors a decade ago! lol Byleth didn't get screwed anywhere near as bad as poor Ganny did, but I still thought he was a missed opportunity character with the potential to be far more unique than what was done.
I would rather him just be sword plus magic. Brawling leads into one of my major issues with Byleth in smash. The weapons appearing and disappearing. It looks terrible, and even worse in slow motion. I feel that he could use the Sword with his right hand and use magic with his left. This way the tome switching is much less noticeable and everything feels more natural. Maybe even do what his jab does where he uses unarmed combat instead of gauntlets for some of his moves.Yes this is true, I'd actually love it if they gave Byleth their canon moveset next game based only around the Sword of the Creator, with some brawling attacks and magic for Specials. Oh that's what I meant ! Just regular unarmed brawling, it's even a skill in Three Houses so that wouldn't even matter for the canon purists out there. But yeah, make Byleth the Mage Knight, this way they could potentially remove Robin even.I would rather him just be sword plus magic. Brawling leads into one of my major issues with Byleth in smash. While he could stay as a mage knight, I would rather no durability as well. Hero and Robin show why its better to have good moves that have no limit than amazing moves with limited uses.Oh that's what I meant ! I see no reason for Byleth to have that mechanic. It's added just to be "special" and it's honestly way too gimmicky for my likes. Byleth isn't often showed as a magic specialist either compared to Robin, so I don't think they'd need that many magic Specials honestly. It would just work with the overall ranged playstyle that's been forced unto Byleth. It's a shame cause the Sword of the Creator is a unique gimmick by itself. While he could stay as a mage knight, I would rather no durability as well. Fire Emblem's getting a new game....and Byleth is in it.Hey guys, what’s new?
