He should shield-grab and follow up his throws with fsmash or fairs a bit more.
Not enough db.
Should be poking with dtilt a bit more, to create a "brickwall".

Only watched like 3 matches, he seemed to have played the same style, so i didnt watch the other 20+

There were some matches were sheik charged an u-smash, in others zelda used a din fire close to marth. What could he do? A counter, if you use counter on moves that is sure you'll counter them, then do it. That + some dtilts are the things Shaeden needs, but excellent marth anyway
