I was told by some TOs,
the reason why this game is excluded from tournaments is because most people who sign up for this game sign up for other games, most people who sign up for other games just sign up for that game.. TOs dont want crossovers.... its more of an optimizing decision.
Maximize entrants, Minimize time.... unfortunately Brawl and PM would have 2 go...
