Brawl+ Tourney in Newport Beach (Orange County, CA), anyone interested?

I am planning to hold a tourney on either June 13th, 14th, 19th, 20th, 21st. I am going to try and schedule it around other tourneys so there are no conflicting dates.

But is anybody interested? I have a garage where I plan to have this, and if it is required the front yard. I hope to have at least 12-15 people come (and also hope no more than 25-30 do, but I doubt it'll reach that amount).

I have AT LEAST 4 TVs, but only one Wii, so others who have hacked Wiis need to bring them. That's the biggest issue, I need AT LEAST 3-4 other Wiis to make this as enjoyable as possible.

I plan to make a tourney page on AiB over the weekend, but first I have to know if anyone here is interested and thinks they may want to come. Because of only 3 people attend... it's really not worth it. Anyone have their interest piqued?

It will be on Aralia St, Newport Beach, 92660 for anyone needing to know where exactly.

Cool, glad I got at least 1 person! It would be nice if I got 2-3 TVs as well, but they are not necessary, just would be more convenient. Will also need the first few attendees to help me carry my heavy-*** TV from my room to the garage XD.

I am probably going to do doubles if it is requested, if not I won't bother, it will just be singles and a whole lot of friendlies.

I am thinking of making the entry fee 5 dollars (no venue cost), $2 off for Wii, $1 off for a TV brought. Can't have the full price dropped as there won't be that many people I'm sure and there needs to be at least a mildly acceptable cash prizes XD.

BY THE WAY, I also plan to make EVERY MATCH 3/5, because I am cool like that (I also dislike 2/3 as one little mistake can sometimes cost you the set). Not sure if the grand finals will be best 2/3 sets of 3/5, or 4/7. Leaning toward the latter because the first seems waaaay too long and arduous.

SODAS WILL BE SOLD FOR SURE! Unsure about food yet, maybe I will plug in a microwave and sell burritos for cheap. I also have a fireplace in the front yard for warmth when it get's dark, haha.

Sure, you don't have to play in the tourney either, you can just do friendlies. Feel free to come!

I WILL HAVE AT LEAST ONE WII FOR CONSTANT FRIENDLIES!! If enough are brought we can have maybe even 2 or 3 for non-stop friendlies, since I plan to have no more than 4-5 TVs for the actual tourney.

I'd be interested, but those dates conflicts with my finals/vacation.
Every single one? 0_0

Well, that's good news, because I just remembered I'm going camping with friends on the 19th and won't be back until Sunday-Tuesday.

So most likely it'll be around the 27th, give or take a day.

NOW ARE YOU INTERESTED!?

Yes I am. :]

So its going to be on the 27th? Is it cool if you can message me your specific address? And what are the time frames of the tournament?

Me & my friends are most likely are gonna have to pay full price though xD (we do not have hacked wiis)
