Quite possibly. I feel dumb that the only way I think I could've hurt my knees was from falling on ice at work lol.

Not even sure if that was the cause; it's just the only logical reason I could have atm.

I tore both my ACL and MCL and damaged my meniscus really bad...

I'll be going to the orthopedist soon enough. Probably by the end of this week or during next week sometime. It's definitely not going away on its own anytime soon, since it hasn't already.
