Wtf happend to character balance? his back throw got nerfed, he cant double ariel shuffle and he wasnt buff to the slightest! am i the only one that noticed this?

I'm gonna close this on since it was brought up in the wrong place. go to the workshop character discussion, but yeah, ness seems to me to have been nerfed significantly.
