Brawl+ for PAL

Hey, I'm sorry if this is an old topic but does anyone know whether any of the Brawl+ Codes will work on the PAL version of Brawl/if anyone is able to make any that do?
Sorry if this has already been brought up.

PK is our only PAL coder, bless his heart for all the work he does but remember it's one guy trying to recode for the PAL players.
