Brawl+ Downloader/Updater for Windows

At the recommendation of JCaesar, I had an idea for an easy way to update Brawl+ and give my friends a way to download Brawl+ on their own because the way I was describing how to was "complicated"

You'd launch BrawlPlusUpdater.bat from the root of your SD card, and you'd be presented to a screen like this:

Now, there are two options: official build (which would download from almas.siteled.com or gyrus-hex.net, one of those two) or the nightly build.

The program would automatically use a command-line downloader (Wget, free utility), and then use it to download RSBE01.gct directly off the site, delete the old GCT (a modification can be made to store an old GCT elsewhere and then copy over the Brawl+ GCT) and then move the Brawl+ GCT to the /codes folder.

Installation Instructions: Extract both files to the root of the SD card. Run BrawlPlusUpdater from Windows.

Also offer the option to dl a txt of the build to the root or something, in case you want to customize

I watched him use it at my hackfest yesterday and it does indeed work. This will probably be very helpful to the less tech-savvy/more lazy Brawl+ players.

this doesnt really pertain to anything in this thread, but i have a wip channel of brawl+. it loads a command line interface which asks you for the destination file (brawl+ gct on website), downloads it, and throws it in the /codes folder. it than auto boots 1.9 gecko. its not all as practical, but in the end, i hope it to be a homebrew channel like interface that automatically downloads thew lastest nightly buil;d

This needs one thing, the abilty to convert the gct to a snapshot when you download it.

Then it will be perfect.

edit: @ post above: not really, I would use this if you figure out how to do what I suggested.

Nice program, it could come useful when the Nightly Builds site goes down.

This downloads directly from the Nightly Build site, so if it isn't already a link on the site, then it won't do that unless someone makes a command-line gct-to-bin.
