Bowser Jr.'s Koopa Car Glitch

This is the same glitch that happened to Wizzrobe and Gahtzu and has been circulating around. Had it happen to me day 1 as well.
More research about it is always welcome, though it's most likely gonna be patched soon (which is probably a good thing).

Bowser Jr. enters the Avatar state. I want someone to make a gif set of him with glowing eyes while this glitch is going on. xD

You activate it by getting kiled by a stage spike, and disable it by exploding a Mechakoopa in your hands.
