I honestly feel like there shouldn't be an argument on the pitch calls.. if it's in the strike Zone it's a Strike and if it's not it's a ball.. there shouldn't be ANY exceptions on this.. it's pretty much calling a ball down the line and that is to the left of the Third base bag a fair ball when it should be foul..
