Ive also heard that pollen levels are rocket high than what their suppose to be so it'll only make things worst.

Cant do much other than try to avoid heavy vegetation areas during sun rise and sun falls and try to breath un pollenated air (basically indoors) often.

Thankfully one of my friends had some extra zyrtec, so I'm hoping it'll do something until I'm able to get to the story to buy some meds I know work best for me (Claritin clear).
