I found a during my travels through Ilex Forest. I have decided to name it "Hilton."

While searching for some lost Farfetch'd, I came across a strange diamond-shaped item on the ground...

I do believe this is what trainers call a "Revive?" Either way, I do not see a reason to keep such an item for such a brutal journey as this...

I went back and did the optional rival battle then I fought all the trainers on Route 4 and caught myself a Nidoran-M. I decided to go into Mt. Moon just to get the encounter for the area and ran across a Zubat (shame that I can't get a Crobat until the National Dex and I don't intend on doing the islands). Preparations will be made before I trek through Mt. Moon in its entirety.
