Do you have Lucarionite? Its mega ability was really helpful for me. A Mega who can clear blocks based on its location (and not the same pattern, such as a V shape) is useful in this stage.
Regardless, I used Complexity -1 + Mega Start to beat Dialga. Mega Start can let you clear all those annoying blocks right away, and Complexity -1 leads to some pretty epic combos. Attack Power +1 is a viable substitute to Complexity -1 though. It's your choice, really.

I was ranked about 92,xxx in the previous Mega Lucario event so I should be getting the Lucarionite later tonight. Whelp, I better grind for more coins. I was stupid enough to waste 2 great balls on Heatran when it had a 50% catch rate. I eventually caught it with 18% with a Pokeball soon after. .___.
