and you should, no offense but we are fragile creatures, simple words can destroy us, actions of ease always fill us with regret, its not something we can change easily simply because it is a human nature. The best thing to be is to be aware of how easily you and everyone else can be affected. I think its fine to see yourself being fragile, but its never a good idea to hold it in. So i thank you for speaking it.

Thanks. I've been drinking plenty of water and juices as well, and I pretty much haven't been doing anything but resting these past few days.

Also helps to blow my nose of course, and, well, trying to cough it out of my system.....it's disgusting, but it seriously helps....
