Personally, I'd bring back either Wolf or Snake.

Wolf because, unlike what most people think, he's actually a very unique character; the only move he truly shares with Fox is the DownB. Also, he'd be more than perfect for a Star Fox Zero announcement and a lot of people want him, so it's kind of a win-win for Nintendo.

Snake because he's an incredibly fun character in Brawl and PM and despite being the clear result of Sakubias, we would've never gotten any third-party in Brawl if it weren't for him.
