Well the first two routes are overwhelmed togepis, everytime i try to fish all i catch are bug pokemon, the first gym leader has an over powered koffing that required an entire team of 14s and only one guy survived, i keep finding alakazams that defeats someone then teleports away, about half the trainers titles are "nurses", i got a TM that was able to teach tackle, and the drifloon event was changed with articuno.

And thats only the stuff i can recall first.
