Phantoms never die, not even in their dreams :troll:
Most dreams involving myself aren't usually pleasant regardless....

100 hey KoP how's my avi? :p

Also I was actually left somewhere when I was younger.. my mom went to one of my Friends house to do something while me and my brothers stayed in the van. I got bored so I went out of the can to play on their playground they had. When my mother was finished she left me there not noticing that I wasn't seating in my seat (i was in the passenger's seat). I started running after the van but it was too fast so I started going back.. Luckily she noticed I wasn't there because she had gone to the school (which was relatively nearby) due to my brother forgetting something at the school..
It's awesome. :p

That sounds awful though....I know I would've been on the verge of crying if I was left behind like that for too long (at least depending on just how young I was). How young were you?

I see.

I just remembered another bad nightmare of mine, and another near-death experience in it.....

It lasted on for ages, but it involved some horrible racing game show thing and somehow, something with it's contract involved forceful separation from my mother and the rest of my family. The same thing happened to a bunch of other kids and teenagers of varying ages with their parents. We were nearly forced to stay there but one of the older teenagers took a car and drove us away from it, though the guy running it all claimed that it was rigged for something and that we wouldn't make it away.

After about an hour of driving, the car took a forceful and jerky turn out of the driver's control, broke right through the metal bars of a bridge, and fell down into a river far down below. All I can remember at that point was hearing myself shout "No!" and watching us all fall while still stuck in it. I woke up from the nightmare right before the car hit the water.

Once again, the circumstances of the dream were bizarre beyond all reason, but everything else turned it into a nightmare over time.

Wow! I'd totally pay for it if it was a movie.

114 dreams I've had involving dangerous things happening ( almost all my dreams are nightmares, no joke. )

Sounds even more awful, I'm sorry to hear that. How often do you have them? I've been having dreams quite a lot lately, it would be rather...unpleasant, to say the least, to have nightmares at that same rate.

Hm, it's hard to say. Probably 3 in a week on average? That's a reeally rough estimate.
It was a lot worse when I was younger and nightmares bothered me.

Nightmares generally leave greater effects on people when they're younger. Though they also tend to get far more surreal when you're older. It's one of the many parts of the mind that grows and changes with you.

And that's pretty often, though it could be worse....I think thus far, as far back as last Sunday, I haven't gone a single night without a dream of some kind.

Man, I used to be so scared of burglars at night. It lasted a long time. I had so many nightmares about break-ins, sheesh.
They are still a common dream subject. I had one just last night. I also could swear I had a dream I became addicted to alcohol too.

I was less paranoid of burglars and more about people who would come by just to outright murder or even set up bombs. I'm not even sure why. It was just something that I was really fearful of for a time.

I don't think I've ever had a dream or nightmare about a burglar or criminal break-in on my house though. All my nightmares tend to involve supernatural or far-fetched things that would never happen in the world as it is now.

I was afraid of burglars primarily for fear of my life, yeah. I thought I'd end up killed/shot.

I've had some supernatural dreams though. 3 of them in particular I'll probably remember forever, considering the lasting fears they gave me, lol.

Keep in mind that I was younger than 9, I'd say, during these dreams. And also, the actual events may seem silly, but the dream itself had an aura of fear, so it was actually terrifying, not funny.

Also, my dreams are sometimes like movies: I sometimes watch myself from afar, and the perspective angles change a lot.
This dream started off with my parents saying they'd take me and my sister to GameStop to get a new video game. During that time, I was always really excited about new games, so in the dream I was really happy and excited. However, I went into the upstairs bathroom before we left to do something. Before doing that, I noted what time it was: 6 something, I believe. I can't remember the exact way it went, but the bathroom has a large window with blurred glass. It was quite dark outside the window. I think I walked up to the window. Suddenly I saw a shadow behind the window. I heard a wheezing voice say something ( what he said I can't remember for sure, but it was either random jarble, like "This house is *something something*. I wonder what's up..." or "This house is tough. And ever so rough! I wonder what's up...." ( Man, that's stupid. ) ) After this, he turned around to face the window, and then I could see what he was: a hooded, yellow skeleton, like a grim reaper. There's a boss in 'Wario's Woods' that looks just like him. At this point, the 'camera' switched to outside the window, looking into the window over the reaper's shoulder. I suddenly looked like Lankey Kong, and my eyes shot out of my head in a comical effect with a cartoon noise, IIRC. End dream sequence.

So yeah. Totally funny, but it scared me horribly. Not only was I afraid of the bathroom at night, I was especially scared of the bathroom, or just the night in general, whenever the clock had a '6' on it, for a time.
Another dream that took place in the bathroom. It's very short. It was early morning. Suddenly the window's bottom half slid up from the outside, by a creature on the roof. It's like a purple elephant kinda thing-it's from the book called "Winnie The Pooh's Nightmare." The creature looked in the window and made a pleased noise, like "Ahh," and stared at me with its mouth open. End dream.

This also made me afraid of that room.
At the bottom of the stairs, if you turn left, there's a decent sized room-we keep books in it, and a computer, and these days video game stuff.
In the dream, it was night, and I came down to the foot of the stairs, or was already standing there. Anyway, I looked left into the room, and a white ghost rose up from the window that's just inside the room. It came towards me, I think. The end.

A very trivial dream, but it scared me to death. I was scared of that room at night for a long time. I'd always hurry by it as fast as I could.

I can relate to some extent. Certain things gave me fear of certain rooms in this house, though not usually from dreams (usually from stories I would hear, or something I would see on TV).

My dreams and nightmares are usually incredibly bizarre too.

I know I'd definitely be traumatized by a nightmare where I completely changed into something else that. And regarding the second dream, I'm guessing you must've seen a Heffalump.

I can also relate in that, most of my dreams that I actually have any involvement in, usually take place from a third person view. I can see myself, either from the back or front, even from a good distance away. Again, it's strange how I can never come to my senses and realize that I can't be watching or seeing myself, thus it cannot be real and wake up, my mind remains in full control and keeps me convinced that everything happening is real. The subconsciousness works in strange ways.

130 so there's this episode of GFs with Dipper's secret journal and another one that's Halloween themed episode.. neither of these two have a Title in the description.. are either of them The S1 opener?

Oh, the Lanky Kong part wasn't what freaked me out. ( Though it probably should have. ) It was the reaper that scared me.
Also, in dreams I have an 'intuition.' I know things I couldn't know just from watching the things that happened.

Also, I saw someone with an animated avatar ( not a dream. ) And I have to go.

First one isn't precise enough, could be literally any episode.

Second one is S1, but kinda involves a few spoilers from past episodes, most notably in terms of character development.

Ah, I see.

And that's how dreams are for most people. No matter how far-fetched, supernatural, totally random, and just simply put, unreal, they are, people can rarely get enough of a grip on their mind to control their dreams and know when to wake up. The mind makes you think everything that's happening is real and actually happening.

Avoid the Halloween-episode, it's much later in S1.

The first one.....well, does it say anything about Dipper finding the Journal for the first time? Otherwise could be any episode.

"They are taken to the author'a hidden bunker where they find themselves face-to-face with a figure from Gravity fall's lore"

Just like you did SG :troll:
