Had another SPECTACULAR day at Cape Comic Con. Learned to play and almost won a tournament of the MLP CCG, met and took pictures with some cool cosplayers, and I got to meet and shake the hand of the creator of GHOST RIDER, one of my favorite Comic Heroes.



SO AWESOME!



I also saw the new MLP. Another good episode.

Only time I really care at all for Jar Jar in that movie was during the Battle of Naboo near the end of the movie. Actually got a few laughs for once in that scene.

Unfortunately, no. And because the costume contest was today, I doubt there'll be any AJs tomorrow.

However, I did get to meet a girl named Chelsea, who was Rarity (unfortunately, I had taken my costume off by this time and was just leaving, but I got to chat for a minute.


And the head of Heartland Hooves, a brony group on Facebook I'm a part of, is a vendor all weekend and I got to hang with them again. The head, Jacob, had a Wonderbolts hoody and a Vinyl Scratch backpack. It was with their group that I got to play in the tournament of the MLP CCG, where I received two free packs of booster cards (one of which containted an ULTRA RARE Derpy Card) in addition to the started pack I bought.

Watching Bloom and Gloom.
The amount of times Apple Bloom got shocked and essentially scorched crispy from those bugs....was not something I expected to see, to say the least lol.

Granted it was all a part of her first nightmare, but still.

Also, the scene with Rarity, Octavia and Vinyl as judge made me quite happy. Hope we seen the two musicians again soon.

And are there any gifs of the scene where one of AB's random cutie marks was her own face which then winked at the screen? lol

Also, it somewhat stings me when I see people complain about how garbage the IVs/Nature/Ability of their shiny Pokemon is, or how it wasn't a Pokemon they liked, considering I have NEVER found a shiny of my own since gen 2 ( and that was from shiny hatching, which even then I had bad luck when I tried. )

I'm not as stingy on the ivs/ Nature as long as its useable I'm fine but imo ability for me only matters if it's trapped with the worst ability (like buneary if it only had klutz as it's normal ability..
also it's because of the Rarity of what it has that seems appealing to people. Which is kinda ironic because they have them hacked to the point where they are too common to be rare nowadays..

26 The only shiny pokemon I've caught other than the red Gyarados from silver/gold, which is impossible to miss, is a shiny Nosepass in my Y game an Imve been playing pokemon since Gen 1.

I know, I understand entirely. It just seems a little...ungrateful, and honestly a little inconsiderate if you're doing your complaining in the face of someone who has never even owned a shiny in the first place.
