Blood Falcon is a clone of Captain Falcon, created by Captain Falcon's arch nemesis, Black Shadow, for the sole purpose of hunting down and killing the original. Since Blood Falcon's very existence revolves around preemptively hunting down and killing his prey, Captain Falcon, his Brawl+ moveset would reflect his premeditated fighting style.
Blood Falcon would not receive any speed nerfs, but his combat style would revolve more around spacing than his counterpart's finesse style. Here are some move examples:
Grapple: The DI of grapple would be reduced, but it's knock back would be severely increased.
Falcon Punch: Falcon Punch's wind up would be decreased as well as it's knockback. The damage it dishes would be wound up however.
Raptor Boost: Raptor Boost no longer puts Falcon in helplessness. It's distance and and height propulsion of Falcon's foe is decreased.
Falcon Kick: Falcon Kick goes straight in the air, travels farther, delivers less hitstun, and puts Falcon in helplessness afterward.
D-Smash: The forwards kick is sped up and does half damage and knock back, while the back kick does more damage and knock back.
D-air: It doesn't meteor, it's faster.
U-air: The move pulls in foes, and while Falcon is at the apex of the move, his foes are meteored downward.
D-tilt: Meteors at the foot.
Side tilt: Faster, smaller hitbox.

Feel free to contribute to the project by submitting textures (even though the game already has a decent alternate color scheme for Falcon that resembles Blood Falcon), and even better, code the project because I have no clue how to.
