A new tape released by Osama Bin Ladin focuses on supporting recovery of the Pakistan floods. Trying to improve his image perhaps? Fake? Only time will tell. Also, Osama is still alive I guess.

If nothing else, Osama is a politician. Considering it's been long believed that he's holed up in Pakistan, making a tape to support the recovery effort will make him look like a man of the people in an area where he's recruiting.
