Better Back Air, Fox or Falco?

Im in a debate with my friend about this

Almost exactly the same moves. Most of the difference is in the character's other traits, such as short hop height and fast fall speed.

In a vacuum, they are identical save for Falco's having slightly more range. I would say that Fox has more general utility because his speed and jumps allow him to attack platforms better. On the other hand, Falco has an easier time utilizing it has a finisher since his shine>bair is pretty reliable and his ledge hop bair is better than Fox's
