Is mango still good at this game? What's the competitive scene like now? Is it more interconnected now (ie. easier access to locals)? Who are some of the new (or old) smashers to look for now?

Mango is still good. Streaming tournaments is basically a standard nowadays, and youtube videos/channels are going strong. Wobbles is in semi-retirement, focusing on commentary. Armada has been unstoppable but that may change at Apex 2013. Good players such as SFAT, Weon-X, KirbyKaze, Westballz, Fly Amanita and PewpewU are playing even better and placing even higher. Cali is still the best region, Midwest is still jank =/

Expect it before the year is over? Very nice to see your on top of things and ahead of the game. 2012 seemed like such an amazing year getting everyone back and strong for 2013.
